Over the Last Three Decades, Which Country Has Had the Fastest Growing GDP?

You're wrong, unless you said Botswana (which I know you didn't!).  I fact, at the time of an important regieme change in 1966, the country's per capita GDP was $70.  It's now over $16,000.
