More Money Will Fix Things, Right?

ReasonTV just released an interesting 9-minute video curiously entitled "Why government money can't fix poverty".  I say curious because it's really more a case study of corruption, blind ideology, cronyism, and scapegoating in k-12 education.  The specific context is the efforts of New Jersey's efforts to reform the broken educational system in Camden, apparently the country's poorest small city.  It's definitely interesting, and definitely well done:
