(More) Coffee, The Miracle Drink

Related update: OLS hero blogger Peter Cresswell loves coffee and occassionally posts interesting material on this most popular beverage.  A couple of days ago he had a terrific post containing more info on research showing both the benefits, and the lack of harm, that regular (indeed more than moderate levels) daily coffee consumption bestow on the drinker. Original post 11/30/14: Another research study suggests that regular consumption in moderate amounts -- 3 to 5 cups a day -- can significantly reduce the likelihood of developing Alzheimer's disease.  From an article at The Express:
It shows that regular, life-long moderate coffee consumption was associated with a reduced risk of developing Alzheimer's Disease with the body of evidence suggesting that coffee drinkers can reduce their risk of developing the disease.
