More Fallout From the Blue State Economic Model

Socialist California just lost one of its marquee corporate citizens and a major employer, and lost it to a red-state economy, Texas.  Toyota just announced that it was relocating its North American headquarters -- after more than 50 years outside of Los Angeles -- to Plano, Texas.  This move completes the migration of the three big Japanese car companies from southern California to more friendly economic climes in just under a decade.  From a USA article reporting on the move:
Southern California once was the U.S. home to Japan's Big 3 — Toyota, Nissan and Honda. Then Nissan announced in 2005 that it was leaving for Tennessee. It initially moved to Nashville, then to Smyrna, Tenn., where it also has manufacturing operations. Honda last year started relocating its North America corporate headquarters to Ohio, near its Marysville plant.
California continues to reap what it has sowed for decades, and deservedly so.
