Put the "War on Drugs" in Jail

And when you consider that blacks are disproportionately overrepresented in these figures, you could easily make the case that the US's war on drugs is also one of the most racist governmental initiatives ever undertaken in this country.  As Carpe Diem's Mark Perry notes (ht to him for the above graph) via a quote from an article on this topic:
