Using only their minds! More amazing human progress

When I was in 7th grade I pulled several muscles in my neck and had to wear a removable neckbrace for about 4 weeks.  The doctor told me that I was uncomfortably close to breaking my neck which, of course, shocked me.  As a consequence, I've always had a hightened sensitivity to stories involving neck injuries and spinal cord paralysis.  Thus my excitment about this amazing product that was designed to help those with spinal cord injuries (courtesy Instapundit):
Melillo is one of the first people with lower limb paralysis to try out MindWalker – the world's first exoskeleton that aims to enable paralysed and locked-in people to walk using only their mind.
Read about this incredible product and see a video showing Melillo walking, here.  Go humans!
