"Ineptocracy": The perfect term for the Obama Administration

What a great word! I wish I had coined it.  Apparently, it's becoming a very popular word on the internet and must have been inspired by the tremendous incompetency of the Obama Administration.  Here's a definition of the term from Paul Chesser, writing at the Heartland Institute's blog, Somewhat Reasonable:
“A system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.”
Chesser's post is actually about more than the definition of this cool word; indeed, his post is primarily interested in showing how the term applies to Steven Chu and the Department of Energy he directs.  The article, available here, is a bit lengthy, but worth the effort.
