More enviros on the run....

Congrats to the US timber industry for its important victory over the anti-business, anti-life environmentalists! In a 7-1 ruling -- yes! 7-1 (with one recusal) --, the Supreme Court ruled that logging companies don't need special EPA-mandated logging runoff permits to complete their projects.  The timber industry argued that such permits, because of the length of time to secure them and their actual cost, could eventually destroy the industry.  From the news article:
The Supreme Court justices said the logging companies did not need to get the permits. During the arguments, the timber companies had said a ruling against them would put the U.S. timber industry out of business -- and that it would cost millions for every single logging project to get EPA permits.
